Buyer: The customer purchasing services/products via the website novayapim.com.
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of services/products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.
Service / Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, price, and other features of the services/products subject to the order are listed on the Site. Prices stated on the Site include all applicable taxes.
Payment and Delivery
The total price will be charged by Nova Yapım using the payment method selected by the Buyer. The delivery method and conditions are agreed upon in advance and communicated via email after the order is placed.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the start of the service without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal must be communicated to the Seller in writing via email at info@novayapim.com.

After the notice of withdrawal reaches the Seller, the Buyer will be informed. The Seller is obligated to return the price within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) services that have started to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiry of the withdrawal period; (b) custom-made or personalized products/services; (c) services completed before the end of the withdrawal period.
Data Retention
Records related to this Agreement will be retained by the Seller for a period of 3 (three) years. The Buyer may request access to the Agreement copy by sending a request to info@novayapim.com.
Disputes
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's residence and the place of consumer transaction are authorized within the limits specified by the Ministry of Trade.
Acceptance
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
